Three Two One

On Tuesday night D and my self stopped by Dave's Diner for their Cruise In. After the events and a bite to eat with friends, the two of us went to Broad Street to shoot. To our knowledge it is the last old style water tower left in Utica. The two of us felt the need to document this incase we loose this one too. There was another water tower in Charlestown, unfortunately that was torn down a few months back. The bugs were getting bad and it was getting late so it was a relatively short shoot. B was also out accompanying us, and later on R and her mom stopped by to find out how we make our magic.

My Father Found this little guy in our garage yesterday. I could not pass up the opportunity to take a few pictures of him. He Just sat there and let me shoot him for about 10 or 15 minuets. The picture is deceiving he was very smally, he would fit in the palm of one of your hands. We were afraid that he was too young to go back out into the wild with out his family. We ended up keeping him over night in a cage. Today, we found his family and let him go back with the other little hares.

A new automobile shoot, and yes I need to catch up too..

..

Honestly because of all the fire and political shoots and the quick turn around needed, I have been quite busy. Even I need some time to relax here and there.

I did get out to photograph a friends car to document the transformation as well as play with a bit of light at the shoot:)

Catching-up

Here are a few photos that I took over the last month. The first one was taken in Watkins Glen, New York on our trip to open weekend of the race track. The second was taken in Forestport, New York at a friend's camp. I used a ATV to paint with light in this shot. The third photo was a night I was getting really frustrated with my camera but the final result came out much better than I though It was going to. This shot is of the downtown area of Utica.

Utica seems to be Burning more this week than others?

Thursday night Utica's Fire Department had to leave the ceremony at Saranac Thursday to recognize their heroic efforts. It was only one week earlier that that they had Fought a Massive blaze at the brewery. This Fire was on 1706 Oriskany Blvd. The Building was a warehouse of East Coast Olive Oil company. I arrived At the scene a little late. Most of the Flames were already knocked down. However I still have a few Images of this event.
