The Adirondacks

A few weeks ago, B#2 and I went up north to another location I found while surfing the satellite imagery of the Adirondack Park. A few are of a large waterfall that is a 30-40 minute hike into the woods and some are of a large stream with some beautiful backdrops of evergreens and colorful rock formations.

Another trip up North:

So a couple years ago, I was satellite imagery hunting (as I often do) and came across this abandoned road. Back then I took a trip there, only to find a small stream of rapids that get far worse when there is some rain, yet it is still strong enough to kill someone if they fell in. I brought a few Shadowmen up here to re-shoot this area.

Three more July 4th images, these from Old Forge.

I spent the 4th up North and went on a small cruise from 1st to 3rd Lake, then back to watch the fireworks from the water. Under rough circumstances I was able to capture a few decent shots out of the many shots taken.
